Purchaser Agrees To The Following Conditions:
Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects for 1 year from the date of birth. If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects you must supply us within 7 days of diagnosis with your veterinarian's written report. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchange. The puppy would then be replaced with one of equal value and same sex as soon as available. An exchange will be given only upon receipt of the puppy (uninjured/ unharmed) and the report from a licensed veterinarian. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred. Any shipping expenses for returning or sending the new puppy would be at the buyer's expense.
Your puppy has been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule when you receive it. It is very important that you provide this information to your veterinarian immediately. Worming and vaccinations, including yearly boosters, must continue on a regular basis or contract is void.
The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, water, housing, and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeder’s recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care.
Remember, puppies are babies also! They need plenty of love, rest, fresh water, quality puppy food, a warm and dry place to sleep, and exercise.
No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, or breeding ability.
We have given your puppy lots of love, care, and attention. He/she will need the same attention from you.
We require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit.
We must receive payment in full by puppies age 6 weeks ,if not paid by puppies age 7 weeks then you give up all rights and paid money on this puppies.
Home pick-up , puppies must be paid infull before pick-up.
If shipping puppy then all shipping payments are to be paid 1 week before puppy will be shipped.
If your puppy is not picked up or shipped by set date then boarding fees may apply. Boarding fees for puppies $20.00 a day.
Breeder is bound by this agreement to original buyer only.

REGISTRATION: Seller certifies that the puppy is eligible for registration with the American Kennel Club (AKC) as a purebred Doberman Pinscher.
a) All puppies sold as Show/Breeding Prospects will be sold with FULL AKC Registration papers ( full rights for showing or breeding ).
b) All puppies sold as PET puppies will be sold with LIMITED AKC Registration papers (no breeding rights).
c) ALL PUPPIES MUST CARRY THE "RAIN STORM" NAME AS PART OF THERE NAME ON THERE AKC PAPERS FAILURE TO IS A BREECH OF CONTRACT AND A FINE OF $1000.00 WILL BE PAID BY BUYER FOR VIOLATION OF CONTRACT . ( THE NAME "RAIN STORM" IS TWO WORDS)

Rain Storm Pet puppies with limited AKC Registration.
Pet puppies are sold with limited AKC registrations and will not be bred. Should you try to breed a limited registration dog, AKC will refuse to issue papers for the offspring.
Buyer will NOT sell or place this puppy/dog in a rescue , shelter , pond or give him/her away to anyone without contracting Cherie Smith .Failure to is a breech of contract and a fine of $1000.00 will be paid by Buyer for violation of contract. If at any time you are unable to keep or care for your puppy/dog you must contact Cherie Smith 317-627-4123 the puppy must be returned to Cherie Smith or we will help you with the rehoming .

Rain Storm Show/Breeding Prospect puppies with Full AKC Registration .
Puppies sold as show/breeding prospects are placed with full AKC registration , buyer has full rights to said puppy and registration "but" must carry the "Rain Storm" name in the AKC registration .
Puppies sold with full AKC registration are sold "AS IS" we place them as show/breeding prospects only and do NOT guarantee the confarmation for the puppy , as they change so much in the 1st year .

Should this puppy or adult dog not work out in the buyer(s) household for any reason,
be it family, health problems, allergies of the buyer(s) or their children, divorce, moving, birth of a child, or non fulfillment of contractual obligations of buyer(s); the puppy/adult is to be returned immediately to the breeder(s) with no agreements or exceptions.

(If you move from your home and state at anytime you must contact breeder of new address and phone numbers and email.
Buyer(s) accepts full responsibility for proper care of said puppy/adult once it leaves the breeder(s).
This contract is void unless the signatures of the Seller and Buyer are present on each document in the Contract Package. No puppy/dog will be shipped/picked-up until the Contract Package is completed, signed, and returned to Seller. Seller will retain a copy of the Contract Package and provide a copy to Buyer.

You are Purchasing puppy as Pet only ___ . You are Purchasing puppy as show/breeding prospect only ____. All of our puppies have their tails docked and dew claws removed at 3/5 days old. Puppies will be wormed more than once and first Puppy shots are given at 6 wks and every three weeks there after until they are sent to their new homes. Each puppy comes with a health record, listing any medications he's been on, his shot and worming record and so on.
If a health problem ariseswith in the 72 hours, the puppy must be returned Accompanied by all paperwork supplied by the seller at the time of sale, along with a written statement from the veterinarian stating illness. Due to the varying kinds of dog food on the market and the different environmental conditions the dogs come in contact with, we will not guarantee the dog unless they’re given NuVet Plus "Our guarantee does not include poisoning, accidents, negligence or behavioral problems,
( For Show/Breeding Prospect puppies Only) In the unlikely event that a dog is suspected of being dysplastic in its first 2 years, this is the procedure to follow: * Notify us by Telephone or Letter. * The dog must have been x-rayed for this condition BEFORE its second birthday, * Submit the x-ray to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, University of Missouri , * The dog must not have been used for breeding (yet), not be overweight, and must still * No replacement will be given if the dog has been over exercised during its growth * Puppy must be on NuVet Plus for length of contract . If Your Puppy is found to be crippled from Dysphasia, return your puppy to our home along with all AKC PAPERWORK and all labortary verificaton. We will replace your puppy , you puppy must have been on NuVet Plus for the 2 years to get a replacement puppy. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUES THAT ARISE AFTER THAT 2 YEAR PERIOD. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS OR ANY BILLS FOR THIS PUPPY AT ANY TIME.
Guarantee is for puppy replacement only, we are NOT responsible for any vet bills or any bills for your puppy at anytime.
